About Sonrisa Family Dental

Sonrisa Family Dental is a multi-location dental practice serving the Chicago area. Founded by Jason Korkus, DDS, Sonrisa Family Dental provides comprehensive dental care for the entire family, including general dentistry, orthodontics, oral surgery, cosmetic dentistry, pediatric dentistry, implant dentistry, and emergency dental services. We accept most PPO insurance plans as well as Medicaid and Medicare coverage.

SMS/Text Messaging Program

Sonrisa Family Dental offers an SMS messaging program to provide patients and prospective patients with helpful communications. By opting in, you may receive the following types of messages:

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with our practice and the type of consent you have provided. You may receive up to 8 messages per month depending on appointment activity and promotional campaigns.

Opt-Out Instructions

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to +1 708-847-3506. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of messages is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and device compatibility. Neither Sonrisa Family Dental nor any mobile carrier shall be held responsible for messages that are not received due to network issues, device incompatibility, or changes to your phone number or service plan.

Age Restriction

Our SMS messaging program is intended for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By opting in to receive text messages from Sonrisa Family Dental, you confirm you are at least 18 years old.
