Sonrisa Family Dental firmly believes and advocates for access to quality dentistry for everyone. Whether you are covered under a Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) or a Medicaid/Medicare, Sonrisa Family Dental is contracted or in-network provider with most insurances.

PPO’s: Our experienced staff will be glad to answer any questions you might have about insurance. In order to provide you with the most comprehensive information please bring the necessary insurance forms and/or card(s) with you on your first visit. Be aware that your insurance might only cover a portion of total treatment costs. For your convenience, we also accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and Care Credit.

In-network PPO’s include: Blue Cross Blue Shield, Guardian, Aetna, Cigna, Humana, Metlife, Delta Dental, United Healthcare, United Concordia, and more.

Medicare/Medicaid: Traditional Medicaid/Medicare plans, All Kids, Aetna, Cigna Health Springs, Humana, Blue Cross Blue Shield, County Care, Illinois Health Alliance, Family Health Network, Meridian, Illinicare, Molina and more.

Open Dental Discount Membership: As a leading dental provider, it’s Sonrisa Family Dental’s mission to create affordable access to dental care. For patients with insurance, most related expenses will be covered by their insurance plan. However, many people today still lack access to dental coverage. Therefore, Sonrisa Family Dental introduced the Open Dental Discount Membership. There are no hidden feeds or deductibles for your twice/yearly services.
